Priorities.

There are only a few things in life that truly matter.

Most of the things around us don’t.

Prioritise the things that matter to you the most.

Do them first.

Things might be piling up at your doorstep but remember that some of those things are not important or crucial to your wellbeing at all.

Put those aside.

Prioritise what is important.

Now, for me, is sleep.
